First time I’d been to the Loft and wasn’t disappointed Sarah was lovely and listened to my concerns and made me feel totally relaxed. She was very knowledgeable about products she used on me and didn’t do the hard sell like so many salons do but I brought the products anyway and was really pleasantly surprised how reasonable they were Already booked next appointment with her Thank you Sarah

Came to the loft spa for a birthday treat for my best friend. We had a very relaxing experience! Sarah and Hannah were our beauticians, and they were both fabulous from start to finish. Will definitely be returning! Thank you ladies

Had a pedicure with Holly, lovely place and a great beautician. She did a great job, the foot massage was my favourite bit. Very attentive and a beautiful place.

Amazing experience for my wedding hair and makeup trial. I never really wear makeup so was slightly apprehensive but I was made to feel really at ease and nothing was too big of an ask. Absolutely loved every minute of it and really happy with the results.

The experience was simply divine, the setting and my beautician was amazing. The only point of possible improvement was the facial extractions, I’ve had successful extractions before but this time wasn’t so successful and it was thought the marks were filaments, I managed to remove some dirt once I got home which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise the whole experience was very positive and I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my time with the beautician.

Another lovely treatment with Molly who did a perfect job of my French manicure nails. Highly recommended 😊

Beautiful location, lovely technician but next time I would prefer to use a medium or long mould versus the small to get the desired effect of the lash lift

I am in love with my new permanent eyeliner! Was a little nervous but I've been going to Sammy for Facials, massage and Botox for years so I knew I'd be in good hands. She was gentle, talked me through the process, told me what to expect and let me know what to do if I wanted a break. I was absolutely fine, it was all done in an hour. She showed me the results and truly it was even better than I expected. She has a steady hand and a true perfectionist! So happy I don't need to do eyeliner now, it used to smudge, I'd be wobbly applying it especially as I've got older. Now I don't have to do it!
