I went from dry, "steel wool" hair to a bouncy, healthy, and perfectly colored masterpiece. Kriztian is a true professional who actually listens to his clients. He uses premium products (no cheap shortcuts here!) and his attention to detail is unbelievable—no tugging, no pain, just perfection. Lovely service as always! Had the Hollywood wax and great results as usual, honestly can't expect anything less from Fay as she always delivers. The new treatment room is great, spacious with original features of the building. There's also an elevator that takes you instantly up to the treatment room, making it very accessible. Fay creates a very comfortable atmosphere and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also got the gel manicure and I'm really happy with it! Off to book my next appointment!

I had my first appointment with Emma today and I’m so pleased with the result. After several disappointing curly cuts elsewhere, it was definitely worth travelling to see her. She took the time to understand my hair and gave my curls a fantastic cut. They’ve got a much better shape, look so much healthier, and are far easier to manage. I left feeling so happy with my hair. Emma is lovely, professional, and clearly knows exactly how to cut curly hair. I’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone with curls!

Absolutely blown away by how my kind of wavy, mostly unruly, hair was transformed into a mass of proper curls. I had a dry curly cut and then my hair was washed and dried using the very products I use at home. I also learnt how to replicate the process at home. Very happy and loads of compliments from everyone who’s seen it, including a complete stranger!
