I came to Suzu after spending a month hiking in rural Alaska and my hair was headed in a bad direction. Suzu immediately understood what I needed, where we needed to remove length, and rescued me. Best haircut ever, I’m so sad that I’m only visiting in Honolulu. I would highly recommend Suzu to everyone!!

Yuki is an expert in his craft. I’ve never had a haircut and shave that left me so incredibly relaxed. His meticulous attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately I am not a native of Hawaii, but I will be sure to come back to this salon on my next trip. Best haircut and straight shave in Honolulu by far.

You will not be disappointed. This is probably the best place in the city to get a haircut. I have lived in Honolulu for a long time and I have been going to SKY for over a year. TAYLOR is a magician. No rush, great style, trust her with your head!

Always a wonderful experience and great results. Taylor was personable with great energy. She did a wonderful job with my haircut and color. Her head, shoulder, and neck massage was the bomb. Amazing firm massage to get those knots out. I travel from Los Angeles every two or so months and always book an appointment. Every stylist does excellent work and delivers the ultimate experience.

I always have a great experience with all the stylist dat Sky. The new Haircut and The Ultimate Recovery with Yuuki Sato included a Mini facial, Eye therapy, and Deep Scalp Cleaning was amazing. This is the first time I booked the three add-ons. I didn't want it to stop. Yuuki was so attentive to my comfort and experience. I highly recommend the Ultimate Recovery for true relaxation! Of course, my haircut was fabulous! I always walk out of the salon extremely satisfied. Thank you.

I got a haircut, facial shave, deep scalp cleanse and the facial mask. Yuki was my stylist. Yuki was extremely polite and kind! Everything about the experience was superb, dare I say, life changing. I’ve never experienced such care and attention to detail by someone. His expertise and mastery in his craft is unmatched. I am definitely going to go back and visit Yuki again. 20/10 would recommend!

After years of trying to find a reliable barber who balances affordability and quality, I returned to Sku Grooming and booked with Suzu Hoshi—and I’m so glad I did. With a big event coming up, I was nervous, but Suzu delivered beyond expectations. Despite a slight language barrier, she listened carefully, looked at photos I showed her, and gave me the exact haircut and natural color I wanted. She was warm, professional, and made me feel truly cared for. I left feeling confident and refreshed—something that’s hard to come by these days. Highly recommend.

This was my first time here and had a great experience with Eikoh styling my hair!! I've been searching for a good men's stylist for awhile now. I've previously been going to a lot of $20 haircut places and had bad experience. Glad I stumbled upon this place. Service and staff are very professional and proved a great experience. Would definitely recommend this shop to any person wanting to elevate their haircutting experience.

This was my first time coming to the salon. I had yuki as my stylist. They were amazing. I loved everything about my visit there. Love my haircut and the final product. They were very kind and polite and asked questions to make sure they understood what I wanted. I think it’s worth every penny.

My stylist was very helpful. With little intsruction from me, was able to give the perfect haircut I was happy with. I didnt feel uncomfortable or out of place at all. The shop has a very lively & inviting atmosphere. 10/10 will be there again!

I fly to Hawai'i every two months and schedule my haircut, color, and head care when I am there. The stylists are all amazing which is probably the reason they have been booked a few weeks out. I realized that I have to schedule my appointments well in advance. This time Yuki was available to see me and did an amazing job! Personable and his quality of work is great! I am in Hawai'i every two months and I get my hair done at SKY each time I visit. The service is impeccable and the talent amazing. Taylor does amazing work and catered to my needs and comfort. I got my usual service, haircut, color, and head care and I am never disappointed. Her head care massages are amazing!

Taylor provided me with the best haircut experience I have ever received. I have been to a few salons and barbershops that have provided great haircuts, but this was top notch. The ambiance was exactly what I want in a salon and everyone was so kind and welcoming. The shampoo service before and after the haircut was a very nice touch and not often seen in barbershops around island. The haircut itself was absolutely perfect and that’s saying a lot because I do have difficult hair to work with. Today’s appointment is the reason I will be a regular at the salon.
