Had my first haircut with Satoeri, and it was an amazing experience! She started by giving thoughtful recommendations based on the reference I showed her, ensuring the cut would suit me well. Throughout the session, she was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere rather than the usual stiff salon experience. I had a really pleasant experience at this salon. The stylist was patient, skilled, and really listened to what I wanted. My hair was previously very messy, frizzy, and heavy due to a bad cut from another salon, but she transformed it into a tidy, manageable style that was exactly what I needed. I am happy with the result and would definitely recommend this place.

Once again a great experience with Hiro! Appreciate the attention to detail and such a clean and swift service. Although did a colouring service, my hair still feels healthy and shiny. The hair wash service in itself is one of the best so far! So relaxing and with a great scalp massage too. Lastly, I really do appreciate that any additional cost is confirmed upfront before starting the service (have previously had bad experience in other sg salons where several hidden costs are revealed only at time of payment). Overall an extremely pleasant experience as always!

Amazing experience! I went in for a colour correction done at a different salon which was pretty awful, and the stylist, Jack, did an incredible job rectifying it and making my hair look more natural again. The end result was exactly what I had wanted. HIGHLY recommend if you need any sort of correction!

Absolutely a great service from my most favourite hairstylist, Lana ❤️ Her hair colouring skills is really top-notch! My mom and I had a GREAT🌟 experience at Ohana last weekend! Our stylist J is super meticulous with his cuts, and always suggests styles and gives tips so we can recreate the look at home. He’s very dedicated to his craft and patient despite having many clients. I never visit the same salon twice cos I dont always get the look I want, but J UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT 😤📝‼️, and I loved my cut so much I had to go back. I had such a great experience getting a perm at this salon! My hair designer Ms.Lois was incredibly professional and attentive — they really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The results were even better than I imagined! I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. The staff were also very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. I have had Sherman as my hairdresser for quite a while now. He is incredibly skilled, quite friendly, and a great conversationalist. The prices he charges are reasonable and the salon is near and cosy. I look forward to our appointments every time.

This is my regular place to get a haircut and Johnny is my go-to. The main reason why I stayed consistent in this salon was because of how well he treated his customers. His customer service, advices, knowledge on hair-related matters were always top tier. He doesn’t just do it as a job but his passion can always be seen through his work. He doesn’t only does what we request him to do, but also gives his input on what might be better. Ensuring that every customer is comfortable is very important and Johnny never fails. Ive been with charmtrees for about 1yr +. I went for their scalp treatment and everyone that did my hair treatment are the nicest people as they actually update you about your hair progression and educate me about their products they used. The products they use are all organic and eversince then i didnt use anymore chemicals products on my scalp. They taught me so much about how to take care of my dry and oily scalp. Needed to do touch up after my keratin treatment 2 weeks ago. There was a slot at this shophouse salon. Spent my afternoon sipping hot tea while waiting for the colour to settle. During wash, the stylist found that the colour was not fully absorbed. She then applied the colour again. Appreciate that she checked to ensure the touch up was properly done.
