As usual a great experience. My hairdresser is Debenise who I have known for many years. I love the way she does my hair, always just as I want it. She also has a good sense of humour, so we get on very well. Other times I have had Lauren and Nicky do my hair just as good. Also Becky bless her who makes us all laugh. I had a wonderful experience. She took great care of me from start to finish and made me feel very welcome. She carefully assessed the condition of my hair before starting and explained everything clearly. She was very professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I had a cold hair Botox today and I’m absolutely amazed how the results are turned out. My hair was damaged and over processed while last colouring. Marta was very professional and i fell that I’m in safe hands by how she accessed my hair and recommended cold hair Botox to restore my hair and give them beautiful shine back. Also helped and explained after. I will definitely come back for more treatments in the future
