Natalie was incredible. I couldn't fault her at all she was so creative and excited for me to change colours. I felt so relaxed to be honest with her and I would highly recommend. I am on absolutely love with my hair. My only negative.... I went to the salon in kirby which was nice but unacceptably cold ...which I think needs adressing

I love my visits to kirsty Nicole salons. I have been all of their salons and they are equally as delightful as each other. All the hairdressers/technicians are professional and non judgemental. Everyone is treated with kindness. My experience is always very relaxing and holistic. Natalie stands out with her amazing head massages and blowdrying.

At the consultation, Georgia was really easy to talk to and understanding that this was the first hair colour for my daughter. The appt itself was fab, calm salon and Georgia's 'after' photos are definitely a true representation of the finished style. My daughter was very happy with the result, we shall be back.

This was my first time, and I was really apprehensive about coming. I love the length of my hair and get it trimmed regularly. This time it was so overdue, as my previous stylist had moved abroad. I booked an appointment with Charlotte, she was amazing, she listened to what I said and what I wanted. And despite having taken off a good inch and half, it doesn’t feel too short, and was exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend her and will 110% be going back. Thank you Charlotte.

It was my first time visiting the salon, staff were eally accommodating and made me feel really comfortable, I had a lovely time and my hair hasn't looked or felt this nice in forever!

My first appointment with Natalie. She was lovely. From welcoming me into the salon, the fab massage when washing my hair to the end result. I’m back in 8 weeks 🤩

Melissa gave me a dry cut, I just needed a refresh trim. She did an amazing job and provided great customer service, I was offered a drink on arrival. Clean salon and environment. I would definitely recommend this salon for all your hair needs.
