Had an amazing experience with Natalie at The Secret Salon Kirsty Nicole in Kirby Muxloe. I had my hair done previously and it wasn’t the greatest experience so I managed to get in with Natalie who completely transformed my hair. I walked in feeling down after work and walked away smiling with beautiful hair. Would recommend her services 100%. Thank you!

Natalie was incredible. I couldn't fault her at all she was so creative and excited for me to change colours. I felt so relaxed to be honest with her and I would highly recommend. I am on absolutely love with my hair. My only negative.... I went to the salon in kirby which was nice but unacceptably cold ...which I think needs adressing

I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Molly today . Molly is absolutely lovely, professional and she has such a warm , bubbly personality. She makes you feel totally at ease , listens to what you want and delivers The best hairdresser I have ever had . I can't recommend her enough and the salon is warm and welcoming too. It is always clean with a nice friendly atmosphere

I love my visits to kirsty Nicole salons. I have been all of their salons and they are equally as delightful as each other. All the hairdressers/technicians are professional and non judgemental. Everyone is treated with kindness. My experience is always very relaxing and holistic. Natalie stands out with her amazing head massages and blowdrying.

Excellent! Really cared about my hair, listened to what I wanted and gave great aftercare advice for my hair. Love the cut and styling too. I cannot recommend the Glenfield salon enough. 5+stars!

Just been to the salon for the first time today. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Summer did a beautiful colour on my hair, its the best colour that I have ever had with hiding my grey roots and she excelled in achieving this. I felt like Ii had known her for ages, the conversations flowed. 5 star treatment from a 5 star salon. Thank you Summer, I will be back 😄

Had my hair done by Natalie, its like home from home. She is brilliant. Always does an amazing finish, can always have a chat not only with Natalie but also other hairdressers at the salon whilst there. So such a comfortable feeling there. Very happy with my hair after visiting “The Secret Salon - Kirby Muxloe”! Georgia has done a fabulous job of my hair once again! My hair was washed and olaplex treatment applied by the junior which was blissful! Very happy and will definitely return - even though I don’t live in Leicester anymore, it is well worth the travelling😊

I love coming to the secret salon in Kirby Muxloe, I have Charlotte cut mine, who is amazing!! So friendly and chatty, she listens and gives advise re your hair cut, and you even get the best head massage whilst she washes your hair too!!! I love my hair being cut there, defo recommend x

When visiting my dad I always make app to get wash and blow dry. Love this salon so much that my daughter and I have booked in as we have to come to a wedding in July and the girls are doing our hair here for us we live down south but i love coming to this salon.
