Amazing as always, I had to reschedule my original appointment but there was nothing available at the time of the call, a couple of days later I had a call from the owner to let me know penny had an appointment become available, i quickly snapped it up, penny always does my hair amazing, I won’t go to another salon or stylist

Always nice to see Georgia 😊 Unable to get comfortable in chair when having hair washed- too low and neck support kept moving. Very open ? Not as welcoming & comfortable as Kirby salon 😉

Amazing experience! Start to finish. Went in feeling uneasy due to bad experiences at other salons. Girl at reception got me a hot drink and had a lovely chat that really put me at ease, then washed my hair (with amazing head massage!). Then had Kirsty cut my hair, who is the loveliest most down to earth person, made me feel really at ease. She curled it at the end too. Took her time to do an amazing job throughout, never once felt rushed. Such a premium experience for an amazing price. Could not recommend a better salon. Thank you <3

As always, my appointments at Hairway HQ are a pleasure! I couldn’t recommend a hairdresser enough! She has created my dream hair for me and I feel amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair ❤️ so much love for this Salon and Teigan xxx

I had my hair done by Summer who listened to all my requests. She was really friendly and made me feel at ease. She had my hair done perfectly and I got exactly what I wanted!! Ellie cut my hair, she was wonderful and friendly ( I’m very pleased with my hair ) can’t remember the name of the girl who washed my hair but was the best salon wash I’ve ever had 😊

Hannah was absolutely amazing turned my awful home dyed hair into beautiful locks! Hannah made me feel at ease and made sure throughout that I was happy. The atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and friendly. I was really happy with how my hair colour turned out after all my bleaching at home I was worried it wouldn't take but Hannah performed a miracle and I love the outcome more importantly it got my kids seal of approval !

Genuinely the most incredible experience I’ve had. I came in with a colour correction as another salon had made a mess of my hair. I was nervous to allow someone to touch my hair. From the first consultation to the initial appointment I was assured and comforted. During the appointment Shelly was incredible, taking me through each step but also everyone in the salon was really friendly and chatty. Such a great team. The results are incredible I can’t speak highly enough. I was give a realistic solution and guidance on my hair journey. Very happy to have found a great stylist in Shelly!

I had a great experience at the secret salon. Natalie did a fantastic job, she turned my hair from a dull/faded box dye colour to a beautiful brunette colour with blonde balayage, I absolutely love it! Natalie was very attentive, warm and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble for her and she always asked if I was comfortable. I'm very happy with my experience today and will definitely be back.
