I had my hair done previously and it wasn’t the greatest experience so I managed to get in with Natalie who completely transformed my hair. I visited this hair salon for the first time today because I was in desperate need of a trim. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get an appointment so quickly. As a first-time customer, I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in. The stylist (Arran) listened to what I wanted and suggested a few flattering options, and I left with a haircut I’m really happy with. My hair feels refreshed, healthy, and exactly what I needed. I’m definitely coming back for future cuts and touch-ups.

kirsty has been my hairdresser for a long time and she gives a very a very professional , friendly experience. Kirsty goes above and beyond for her clients and is at the top of her game. All the staff are warm, talented and welcoming. I would say you don't just get a really great hair cut, you get a great atmosphere and a quality experience. I won't use any other hair salon and these are the reasons I stay a loyal client. All the girls seem very passionate about what they do and it shows in their practice. I would highly recommend.

Arren does a great job on my hair. Both him and kirsty are top stylist. Arren gives a friendly ,professional experience and is dedicated to giving you a service of high quality. Ive not been going to Arren for long but cant fault his work. I would recommend Arren, he is Aplus in his approach.

1st time for me with this stylist. Friendly but not over talkative which was really appreciated at the end of a busy day. Focused on what was asked for and the best way to deliver it, as well as constantly checking in that the progress was what I wanted. For the first time in a long time, I actually left with a cut that brought out my curls and felt and looked really good. Thank you ☺️ Definitely a repeat visit for me

I liked the Kirby Muxloe salon. This was my first visit having previously just visited the Glenfield salon.

Very happy with my hair after visiting “The Secret Salon - Kirby Muxloe”! Georgia has done a fabulous job of my hair once again! My hair was washed and olaplex treatment applied by the junior which was blissful! Very happy and will definitely return - even though I don’t live in Leicester anymore, it is well worth the travelling😊

I love coming to the secret salon in Kirby Muxloe, I have Charlotte cut mine, who is amazing!! So friendly and chatty, she listens and gives advise re your hair cut, and you even get the best head massage whilst she washes your hair too!!! I love my hair being cut there, defo recommend x
