From the minute the door was opened I felt totally at ease. It’s a big thing to change hairstylists after many years but I didn’t need to worry because Rachael was amazing. She took time to listen to what I was looking for and start to finish was caring, considerate and most of all a lovely person too. The environment was perfect too which often gets overlooked but without any doubt I would recommend her to anyone. Everyone who has seen me has said how good my hair looks.
