Always a pleasant experience at this salon. Staff are always friendly. My hair feels and smells amazing from the products used for my wash & blowdry today. Lovely coffee too.

Excellent! Really cared about my hair, listened to what I wanted and gave great aftercare advice for my hair. Love the cut and styling too. I cannot recommend the Glenfield salon enough. 5+stars!

Natalie was incredible. I couldn't fault her at all she was so creative and excited for me to change colours. I felt so relaxed to be honest with her and I would highly recommend. I am on absolutely love with my hair. My only negative.... I went to the salon in kirby which was nice but unacceptably cold ...which I think needs adressing

I love my visits to kirsty Nicole salons. I have been all of their salons and they are equally as delightful as each other. All the hairdressers/technicians are professional and non judgemental. Everyone is treated with kindness. My experience is always very relaxing and holistic. Natalie stands out with her amazing head massages and blowdrying.

Just been to the salon for the first time today. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Summer did a beautiful colour on my hair, its the best colour that I have ever had with hiding my grey roots and she excelled in achieving this. I felt like Ii had known her for ages, the conversations flowed. 5 star treatment from a 5 star salon. Thank you Summer, I will be back 😄

Had my hair done by Natalie, its like home from home. She is brilliant. Always does an amazing finish, can always have a chat not only with Natalie but also other hairdressers at the salon whilst there. So such a comfortable feeling there. kirsty has been my hairdresser for a long time and she gives a very a very professional , friendly experience. Kirsty goes above and beyond for her clients and is at the top of her game. All the staff are warm, talented and welcoming. I would say you don't just get a really great hair cut, you get a great atmosphere and a quality experience. I won't use any other hair salon and these are the reasons I stay a loyal client. All the girls seem very passionate about what they do and it shows in their practice. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with my hair after visiting “The Secret Salon - Kirby Muxloe”! Georgia has done a fabulous job of my hair once again! My hair was washed and olaplex treatment applied by the junior which was blissful! Very happy and will definitely return - even though I don’t live in Leicester anymore, it is well worth the travelling😊

I love coming to the secret salon in Kirby Muxloe, I have Charlotte cut mine, who is amazing!! So friendly and chatty, she listens and gives advise re your hair cut, and you even get the best head massage whilst she washes your hair too!!! I love my hair being cut there, defo recommend x

When visiting my dad I always make app to get wash and blow dry. Love this salon so much that my daughter and I have booked in as we have to come to a wedding in July and the girls are doing our hair here for us we live down south but i love coming to this salon. I have Natalie or Armani and they are both fab. Always give me a welcome coffee just such lovely girls. Thank you.

I liked the Kirby Muxloe salon. This was my first visit having previously just visited the Glenfield salon.

My first appointment with Natalie. She was lovely. From welcoming me into the salon, the fab massage when washing my hair to the end result. I’m back in 8 weeks 🤩

Melissa gave me a dry cut, I just needed a refresh trim. She did an amazing job and provided great customer service, I was offered a drink on arrival. Clean salon and environment. I would definitely recommend this salon for all your hair needs.
