Had my hair done by Anna today and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful advice, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The cut and colour turned out exactly how I imagined — Anna is professional, friendly, and clearly very talented at what she does. The salon had such a welcoming atmosphere too. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking for a fantastic hairdresser.

I had a satisfying experience at the CHANGES today.This was my first hair colour appointment because of which I was really nervous. However Sophie, my hair stylist became my saviour. She was very friendly and made me comfortable throughout the process. I had already given her reference video and she did exactly the same for me which made my day.

This was my first express curly cut but I have been having Lottie's curly cuts for several months. Lottie's haircuts are always of high quality and she is very knowledgeable which helps with cutting and styling decisions. My hair always looks lovely afterwards. The salon has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere as well. I would highly recommend.

I had my appointment today with Grace Stylist and it was an amazing experience. Brooke washed my hair and gave me a lovely head massage. They are both amazing and I love my hair. I would definitely highly recommend them

This hairdresser takes time to explain all the options you have. She ensures you are comfortable throughout. She ensures you understand each step. Her presence is lovely to be around as she is very friendly. All the staff at the salon are lovely to be around and make you feel very welcome. It’s a lovely workplace environment.

Had combination brows done by Louise, and I am IN LOVE! She is the loveliest girl ever! She was so patient and caring, I am allergic to normal eyebrow dye and was very scared in case I had a reaction, but she reassured me and I went for a couple of patch tests just to make sure and I was absolutely fine! They are healing great and I can’t wait for the top up. Thank you so much Louise, you’re an Angel😇
