Literally the best haircut I've ever had in the chillest environment ever. Lou is so nice and even taught me to style my hair properly (let me hold the straightener and demo on my own hair!!) Playlist is 10/10 too. Probably gonna come back and get a colour later this year :)

It's always a great idea to choose Daiane for waxing. There aren't many options around Durham that offer a wide range of waxing services. She is one of the few who provides great service. Miracles is also conveniently located.

Such a calming experience. I’m always nervous going somewhere new to get my hair cut but Lou made it so relaxing and a one on one experience rather than a loud busy salon. Very homely and cosy

Been going to Di and Abbie since I moved to Durham in 2015. They are both great the treatments are second to none and they are both professional and kind. I won't go anywhere else and now my daughter and Mum are clients.

Amazing social experience! The owner is a wonderful human being. Just absolutely fab. I think I liked her a little but more than my haircut haha.Very considerate of me having a baby so she scheduled my appointment where I was the only one there as to avoid dye smells. Service was really good and very affordable. It’s definitely my go to place for hair from now on :)

Coming back for a second visit just confirmed how amazing this place is! From the warm welcome to the flawless finish, everything about the experience felt so polished and professional. Viktorija is incredibly knowledgeable — I actually learned so much about my hair and how to properly look after it at home, which I really appreciated. The attention to detail and care she puts into every step truly shows. I left feeling amazing — my hair looks incredible and I’ve had so many compliments already. Lou is very friendly, welcoming and professional. The salon set up is such a lovely, quirky place and handy as it’s right in the centre of Durham. It was without a doubt the best haircut I’ve ever had. My hair looks so healthy and styles so much easier now. Highly recommend and definitely will go back to Lou again soon.

Viktorija did an amazing job fitting my hair extensions! She completely transformed my hair from short to long, and the result looks incredible. The extensions feel totally seamless and blend so naturally with my hair – you can’t even tell they’re there. Her attention to detail and professionalism really show in the final result. I’m so happy with my new hair and would highly recommend Viktorija to anyone thinking about getting extensions!
