Great customer service on arrival, I was early so was offered a seat and a drink. Sarah appeared and introduced herself as this was my first visit. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and made some good suggestions about the style I wanted. The finished result (cut and blow-dry) was exactly what I had wanted. Having recently moved into Chesterfield I feel relived that I have found my new hairdresser.

Sarah is an amazing stylist ,Had a full balayage and haircut, & curled. The salon has a brilliant, friendly atmosphere, and good choice of drinks would highly recommend.

Hannah was amazing, so patient and kind, talking to Eli all the way through and offering reassurance. She told him about the different tools she was going to use, and what they did, making sure he was happy throughout. Eli has gone from a little boy overwhelmed by the sensory issues of having a haircut, to feeling immensely proud of himself for having an enjoyable experience, and he can't wait to book his next appointment with his new hairdresser. I have had another amazing hair cut and hair dye with Libby. The colour is absolutely beautiful and my hair is so glossy! My last balayage lasted over 6 months from my last appointment and despite the roots of my hair needing doing, the colour was still amazing. Tilly blow dried and straightened my hair too. I was struggling with frizzy hair but after she worked her magic, my hair was so smooth and shiny! Thank you so much 😊

Tracey is a lovely lady with many years of hairdressing under her belt. It’s the second time I have had my hair cut at Niche and I will definitely be going back.Tracey is a very good stylist and you can tell this by the way she cuts your hair. I can highly recommend her.
