I was quite nervous but given time to relax and provided with highly effective numbing treatment prior to procedure. I think the beauty industry can have some less reputable providers, which I've experienced myself, but not at Skin Essential. I am more than happy to recommend and return in the future. A really first class clinic with exceptional customer care.
