The salon is really welcoming and has a lovely atmosphere. I had a great hairwashing experience as the sinks are lower and much more comfortable (no sink ridge digging into the back of your neck). Best of all was Tanya the sylist, who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Delighted with my haircut and the service. Having moved to Northchurch in Jan, I have tried a few different salons and I am pleased to have now found my new regular hairdresser of choice! Highly recommend.

I discovered Tanya a couple of years ago when she was working at the Annex and since then, it's the only hair stylist I go to! She works wonders with my hair every time. She knows exactly what my hair needs, and the result is always perfect. I highly recommend Alchemy for their friendly and excellent service!

Came to the salon today to relax and feel pampered. And dianne helped me do just that. She listened to me very well and created just the photo I asked for. I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Dianne is a fab stylist and I will be returning. Thankyou ! X

The haircut was amazing and the atmosphere within the salon is so vibrant making it easy to relax. Diane was so accommodating and understanding of what i wanted and made me walk out with fresher hair than id ever had before and knew exactly what i wanted!!!

I had a lovely experience, I loved the weighted blanket while I was having my hair washed and the stylist was very knowledgable and friendly. My haircut was great and I even had it curled. All in all I came out feeling amazing. Thank you.

Wonderful, a great new hair style in a lovely salon. More like spending time with friends than going to the hairdresser. Dominic is very patient and very kind whilst also being a very efficient professional, the fact that ge makes me smile is a bonus.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hair salon! The wash is super comfortable and Dom listened and gave me an exactly the cut I asked for. I’ll be going back!
