Top notch! Great communication responding to my note placed upon booking the day before the appointment. Kayleigh showed (once again) 0 judgement in my hair being all matted, and took care of it beautifully; softly clipped off the mesh, tried to gently detangle some to keep the length but it was in a really horrible state so advised we have to go short. Then -with my full consent- went ahead and gave me a really nice pixie haircut too 🥰 no hesitation in advising me how to style it at home too 🌟 the bar is set high and they keep setting it higher by every visit 🙏🏼

I’ve avoided going to hairdressers for a long time because, with my long hair, I feel like I leave with the same haircut no matter what I ask for. I'm so glad I found Lisa Marie! There was a really thorough consultation and she truly listened to what I wanted. I felt understood and not rushed—she really took the time to get it right. Most importantly, my haircut is exactly what I wanted—actually, even better. Lisa Marie is a genuinely lovely person, and alongside her professionalism and expertise, it’s obvious she truly cares about her clients leaving happy.

I enjoy my 1-2-1 Sunday afternoon sessions here as they are so much more relaxing than a busy salon on a Saturday, add on a great haircut and I'm happy

Chelsea was great, she explained every step to me and made sure I understood and agreed with everything she was doing. She managed to get me from green to hot pink in four hours while also taking care not to hurt my cracked ribs. Very grateful for the recommendation and I'll definitely recommend her myself!

Kayleigh made me feel so relaxed and comfortable 🩷 I had an idea in my head of what I wanted but she explained how this may not be the best cut for my type of hair. She left the decision up to me and I'm so glad I went with her suggestion - I love it!!! Thanks so much Kayleigh, I'll be back soon 😘

Cheryl always makes you feel so welcome. I always get full head foils, toner, cut and blow dry which is a marathon for Cheryl as I have a lot of hair!! It doesn’t seem to phase her and I always love what she does

My first apt with Sharee was a fab experience. Felt at ease instantly due to her warm, friendly personality, she is very easy to chat to. She took time to listen extensively to what I was looking for, and explained the best ways to achieve it. She has so much knowledge/experience, it gave me a lot of reassurance. The result is the best I’ve had to date, the exact colours I wanted, which previously I haven’t always had elsewhere. From someone who never really enjoyed going to hairdressing salons; I am now turned! And looking forward to my next apt. Highly recommend.

Don’t live locally but booked Lisamarie when we travelled to Ayr for a wedding. Really pleased with hair up styles, which lasted all day with lots of compliments. Centrally located, very talented and would highly recommend. Thanks again Lisamarie

Sharee has been my hairdresser for over a year now, but this was my first visit to her salon. It has such a cosy, relaxed atmosphere, and she's done a fantastic job creating such a beautiful space. My daughter who is 5 has been reluctant to go to a hairdresser but LisaMarie was really great with her. She left saying ' I like Lisa'. Friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend for young children as she was lovely with my daughter and put her at ease and made her laugh.
