I had such a fabulous experience at The Head Spa! Di looked after me and was fantastic. The combination of the massage chair and the head massage from Di was amazing. Topped off with an amazing blow dry. I’ve never had an experience like this before and look forward to doing it again when I’m next in Wollongong.

Sarah is the best! I’ve had the best experience with her in Wollongong. She is extremely warm and lovely to interact with. We discussed what I was looking for and she has a great attention to detail which reflects through her work. I am OBSESSED with my hair after my appointment and can’t wait for my next visit!

Sarah is incredible. Not just her mad skills but her amazing vibe! I felt comfortable from the minute we met. She has designed her space to be a relaxing experience, which was absolutely what I need when I’m in that zone. It’s unfortunate that I live so far away but I’m already planning a trip back to Wollongong in time for my next cut and colour!

So happy something like this has finally opened in Wollongong! The vibe is unreal, head massage was amazing and hair was so shiny and soft afterwards! Even had my hair blowdryed and curled to finish with a glass of Prosecco! Will definitely be coming back!

I had the most amazing experience with Gemma . She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I'm absolutely obsessed with the color – it looks so natural and is the perfect shade. The face-framing haircut is incredible too! I can't recommend Sarah at Hearth Hair strongly enough! I went in for a consultation with severely bleached, damaged hair, a dark dyed root, and grey regrowth starting to show. I was prepared for a significant haircut, but Sarah listened patiently, asked many questions, and took extra strands for testing before proceeding. She worked gently and masterfully, using no bleach and giving me the perfect treatment to achieve a hair that everyone was complimenting me on at my work Christmas party. Highly recommend her!

Iv been getting my hair cut with Nick for over a decade now and iv never once been disappointed! He specialises in women’s hair but also provides the best men’s style cut in Wollongong /Illawarra! Nicks the ultimate professional with a friendly and laidback personality which makes for a very personable experience every time. His cuts and fades are always sharp and on point and I always leave looking and feeling like a new me! Highly recommended 10/10
