She was incredibly patient and gentle with my daughter, checking in often to make sure she was comfortable. The braids turned out absolutely beautiful—neat, stylish, and exactly what we asked for. Amazing stylist. Mads salon area is very welcoming and warm. I felt at ease & she took care to be gentle while doing my braids. Absolutely LOVE them. Definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

annabelle was so lovely! i came in for a layered haircut and we spent the first few minutes consulting about what i wanted. throughout the appointment she would check in with me to make sure it was to my liking and told me what she was doing at different steps. she was so helpful in explaining things like the different lengths of layers and really helped me articulate what i wanted. i'm so happy with my haircut and will definitely be coming back for the next one :D
