Such a calm and inviting space, it gives such a relaxing "coastal holiday spa" vibe. Which is impressive given the weather conditions we're definitely not giving the summer vibes at all 😆 Everything has been so well and thoroughly thought out, from the decor, to the space itself and the placement of all the amenities. It's all set out in a way which makes transitioning from sauna to shower to ice bath so easy, but not over crowded. Having used many saunas in Perth, I can confidently say this sauna is by far my fave, it's massive without being massive, you can very comfortably fit 2 adults.

Ellie is an experienced and very knowledgeable therapist.. as a remedial massage therapist myself, I speak from experience. My regular visits have made e huge difference in my posture and overall well-being. Thanks Ellie. Just amazing

My experience at Rise and Fall Wellness was amazing. Booking was incredibly easy, and the space itself was beautiful. The white noise in the sauna was an added bonus, it created the perfect environment to relax and reset. I’ll definitely be going back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this place! The whole space is super clean and very pleasant — you can tell they really care about the environment and the experience. The sauna was top quality and the ice bath was just perfect! Such an amazing contrast and exactly what I needed. I left feeling so good, refreshed, and re-energized. Already looking forward to my next visit! 🙌❄️🔥

The space was very nice and it was very straightforward and easy to use everything independently. The sauna was a great size for two. The complimentary electrolytes was a nice touch. We have recommended the experience to friends :)

Very nice and relaxing felt like we were in somewhere tropical on holidays and with the place all to ourselves. Lot's of good communication with us and detailed instructions to guide us to have the best experience. We did 3 rounds of cold dip and sauna in the hour with each cold dip getting easier. Each dip was about 1min. It would be great gift card for a special occasion. Will defo go back but will keep an eye out for a special as we got an hour for 2 of us for $40 which we thought was good value. Great job guys keep the great service going.

An amazing massage through and through! Ellie listened to my concerns and really tailored my massage experience to suit me. Not only did I have a great massage but it was also very affordable for how extensive and thorough Ellie was. I feel like a new woman and will definitely be booking in again soon.
