I have been a loyal client of Prep's since August 2017 and visited today for the first time in 4 weeks with my 3-week old baby. I would like to commend Hybrie on her patience with my one hand in the oven, one hand on the baby and whilst there was so much movement, executed the perfect French manicure. I moved from Paarl 3 years ago, but Prep has always been and will always be my go-to for beauty treatments because of the amazing staff, 5-star service and welcoming atmosphere of the salon. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, as always. I had my nails done at Prep about 10 days ago, one of them had chipped, and I went in for a nail repair. Prep fixed it for me, free of charge — even though I was more than happy to pay for this service. Thank you, Prep!

Thank you Cormarie for your time and the very nice pamper. 🌹❤️ I would like to make a suggestion if I may. The nail tech and her clients are a bit loud. Whould you please consider having earplugs at hand for the clients. Or put up a notice if someone is in for a massage. And they can be a bit quieter. Otherwise I had a lovely time!

I had bad regrowth and the blonde specialist did magic on my hair. I am so impressed. My nails also came out good. Needs some work on shaping nails, but otherwise really good! Happy client. Will go back.
