Could not recommend The Snug Room more, especially for those wanting to have BIAB done! Jayne always makes sure you feel comfortable and relaxed while she makes your nails look unreal thanks to all the hard work she puts in with cuticle care and product application.

Another great visit with Amy again. It’s starting to become like therapy haha we talk about so much. I like to think Amy is becoming a friend as well as a very good nail tech. I love my nails and brows as always, but I have to say that was the best pedicure and foot massage I have ever had! Oh my goodness I felt and still feel so relaxed. I can’t wait for my next one. Amy did an amazing job, her artwork skill is so good. She always goes above and beyond to create perfect nails with whatever design I ask for. Underneath that are excellently sculpted nails that are perfectly shaped and last weeks. I am always happy with my nails and would always go back to Amy and recommend her. She’s also waxed my brows to a lovely shape I’m happy with and is so so gentle. Thank you for always making me at ease, it means a lot when I feel unwell and have anxiety. Having someone who I can be comfortable around is great.

As usual absolutely love my visit to The Snug Room with Jayne. It’s not just a nail service(albeit that’s pretty good😉☺️), it’s a well-being service. Mentally I feel calmer and pampered. In a world where time is precious and life is full speed ahead, my time at The Snug Room is just that, My Time. I sometimes forget that the reason for attending is about my nails because Jayne makes it about much more than that. Thanks Jayne 😊

It’s an experience like no other.!! Jayne has designed a beautiful elegant and peaceful room for her clients to enjoy and relax in. Her attention to detail is amazing. From walking through the door you are welcomed with a smile and feel relaxed as soon as you sit down. A coffee is ready and waiting for you which is a lovely touch. My nails are beautiful!!

I am a pretty princess and I have the nails to prove it!!! I am beyond elated with my gorgeous pearly pink nails!! After the hardest day, to be met at the door with a gorgeous coffee and to have my hands transformed..bliss! My nails have been amazing since coming to see Jayne, the ultimate professional and perfectionist. Happy, happy, happy!!!

From start to finish my experience at the Snug Room was wonderful! Jayne was warm, welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away- with the added personalised touch of my favourite hot drink waiting for me on arrival. I had both my toes and nails done, throughout both treatments Jayne explained each step and gave me advice on how to strengthen and look after my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, I honestly have never left a salon feeling so pleased with the results…. I especially like the cuticle care given at the start! Can’t wait to return to the Snug Room!
