Another great visit with Amy again. It’s starting to become like therapy haha we talk about so much. I like to think Amy is becoming a friend as well as a very good nail tech. I love my nails and brows as always, but I have to say that was the best pedicure and foot massage I have ever had! Oh my goodness I felt and still feel so relaxed. I can’t wait for my next one. Such a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment. Together with the skill and expertise from Jayne, you couldn’t wish for a more relaxing and professional experience. Having a nail technician who is a perfectionist means the end results are amazing! I am beyond happy with my holiday nails. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Jayne listened to my wishes and advised what was the best service to meet my needs. She was professional throughout the appointment. The atmosphere was calming and homely which was most welcome. It’s always a pleasure to be in Jayne’s company. Always an amazing experience with Beth, she makes the experience seem less and professional. Since Beth has been doing my nails they are much stronger and healthier and I would never now go anywhere else. I love the salon and our chats and I feel so welcomed by her and the team. From start to finish my experience at the Snug Room was wonderful! Jayne was warm, welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away- with the added personalised touch of my favourite hot drink waiting for me on arrival. I had both my toes and nails done, throughout both treatments Jayne explained each step and gave me advice on how to strengthen and look after my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, I honestly have never left a salon feeling so pleased with the results…. I especially like the cuticle care given at the start! Can’t wait to return to the Snug Room!
