This was my first visit here, and I had a dry manicure shellac and a regular pedicure. The nail technician, Elizabeth is lovely and very professional. She's very gentle and diligent. The facility is bright and clean. This was my first time experiencing a dry manicure. It does clean up the cuticles more than a regular wet manicure, but there were a few moments where I felt a bit of discomfort (not pain) when she was using the drill bit. Maybe it was also a bit of nervousness on my part. I will see if my manicure lasts any longer than a regular shellac one. (the dry costs more). Nails look great

Excellent.. Kay was so wonderful… She was very careful and didn’t rush the manicure and pedicure… Which I really appreciated … I’ve had technicians that have rushed in the past and I have been cut … (Never at Southside Nails ) So I’m always a bit anxious about that …

Experience was absolutely wonderful. It was relaxing and she did a great job with clearing all the dead skin around my fingernails and hangnails. Not a single abrasion which is the case in almost every manicure I’ve received in other establishments. And, in addition, my nails look great!

I had a luxury pedicure this time, felt great to have it down after wintertime. Made my feet really soft. And structure nails. I find it better than the powder manicure, feel I have stronger nails. Thanks Kim for great conversation also

As always Rachel and Anna were both there to provide that welcoming smile and greeting first thing in the morning. Always a pleasure to see them like catching up with old friends. Staff was super friendly and attentive! I was given a drink menu for complimentary drinks and I was also given a fortune cookie. The nail tech Hazel was super kind, gentle and made sure to ask me if everything was okay! I love my nails so much thank you!

My pedicure was great. I have an ingrown toe nail that most of the girls don't know how to really clean. The 'owner' is asked to help. Which she always does. Of which I really appreciate. It might be worth her while to teach others how to really clean ingrown toe nails. Just a thought.

Luna was wonderful - very kind and explained the process to me. I didn’t give 5 stars because one of your clients brought a dog into the salon and it barked a few times. Not all of us are dog lovers ! I don’t think dogs belong in a salon , even if it is a support dog. It’s not a mandatory thing - getting your nails done - if you are too stressed to be without your dog then don’t get a manicure 😀

Shayla was an excellent aesthetician. Very skilled and a great conversationalist. On my first visit Rachel was the same very friendly and skilled. I believe all three women will do their very best for all their clients. Will definitely return for another visit. Thank you Blacksmith Parlor, Winnipeg men are lucky to have this locally owned establishment for clients that are hesitantly skeptical about your wonderful services. Vicki is the best nail technician I have known since doing my nails for over 15 years I have been with her now for over 5 years and she never disappoints and my nails last no breakage up to 7 weeks but normally go ever 4 weeks. 5 ⭐️

I have been coming to Pro Nail for a few years now. I always leave with a good relaxed feeling . The shop is very clean and always feel welcomed by all the staff . Tina has been looking after my shellac pedicures and does amazing work . She is very professional , kind and does an excellent job. Never felt rushed as she takes time to attend to any concerns I have with my nails . The hot stone massage is so rejuvenating and uplifting to a person’s well being. It is so important for all technicians to take their time doing their jobs with each customer , so one can leave feeling good !
