Sasha did an excellent job on my pedicure, but she seemed very distracted. She started my pedicure late as she was doing something else and I don't think I got the full massage I should have gotten with the service I purchased. I was a little disappointed since I paid extra for a 'luxury' service.

She is the best Estheticians you could ever meet. Everything she does is with such compassion and care. I feel no pain while getting my waxing done and the after results are too good. Love her work. 1000% recommended.

Moving from Toronto, I’m used to very efficient wax services. I’ve tried the sugaring in Winnipeg at a few places and find it painful and soo slow! Sheila was very receptive to my worries and got things done so quickly and painlessly (or as painless as you can get with a Brazilian wax). She was comfortable using waxing or sugaring and kept me laughing and distracted the whole time. I would definitely recommend her! Also, the prices can’t be beat!

Today, the owner took my polish off as Jaismeen was finishing another client. This visit, she only filed the sides and 2 tips and none of the others. To give her the benefit of the doubt, she may have thought that the girl who took my polish of had filed them. Not a big deal as I do like to shape them myself at home. She did miss the top coat on half a nail and I didn't notice until after I had left the salon. I'll put clear on it at home. I'll be back.

I booked an appointment for a customized facial at Manuka Spa based on the excellent Google reviews while visiting Winnipeg. Pam did an exceptional job from start to finish, giving an excellent overview of my skin condition and tailored the facial to meet my skin needs. She explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. It was my first time trying Eminence products, which all felt wonderful and smelled great. The facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, and a scalp and hand massage, which were very relaxing. My skin already feels and looks better. Thank you Pam!

Amazing!!! She is absolutely incredible and so kind!! I would 1000% recommend going to her for any of your esthetic needs!! I got a lash lift which was so incredibly relaxing and it turned out sooo beautiful, my lashes have never looked better. The same goes for my eyebrows, she really slayed with them and made sure to get every little brow hair! When it comes to waxing she is so patient and it doesn’t even hurt, she has the magic touch for sure. She also took such great care of my cuticles, my hands feel so smooth and my cuticles look so healthy!! I cannot recommend Miss Chelle enough!

I had an amazing facial waxing session with Brianna at Paradise Spa! She was gentle, professional, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the process. My skin felt so smooth afterward with no irritation or redness at all. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes her time to get every detail right. The spa itself was clean and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Brianna for facial waxing!

Shayla was an excellent aesthetician. Very skilled and a great conversationalist. On my first visit Rachel was the same very friendly and skilled. I believe all three women will do their very best for all their clients. Will definitely return for another visit. Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! I loved it and am so glad to have found this hidden gem.
