Arno really goes the extra mile to get you fully relaxed during the session and you leave without any pain. I had some new stress knots in my back and neck, but he was very thorough in working them out. He has knowledge about numerous topics and lots of interesting stories, so you won't feel bored for even a second during the massage. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and most certainly be back for more visits.

Steph is an injured runners hero!! A trail runner herself, she completely understood the need for effective treatment for my ITB injury so I could get back to training asap. She applied a targeted approach to relieve my ITB pain, but gave attention to my whole body so that I felt a complete release in tension. Post massage, I felt a turbo-boost in my recovery from training and after just 2 sessions, my ITB pain subsided so that I could keep training for my ultra!

I just had an incredible deep tissue massage focused on my neck, shoulders and back with Kellie and I can’t recommend her highly enough! I was lucky to experience a Swedish body massage with Pearl and she did an amzing job and I felt great after it. The only thing I was missing a bit was the "typical wellness and spa atmosphere" that -especially me- helps to calm down, relax and makes a massage wholesome for me. (Like a decorated room, warm colors, some scent, etc.) But as the massage was good, I would go there anytime again.
