This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

The Shiatsu massage was excellent. The therapist took the time to work on each area that held a lot of tension and discomfort. I felt noticeably lighter, more relaxed and refreshed after the session. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to relieve stress and muscle tension.
