This was my first ever massage, and Emma made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, which isn’t easy for me as a mum of two who rarely gets the chance to switch off! I just had my first grandchild and was with her for 10 days. I was stiff all over and treated myself to a relaxing massage with Sarah. I know there are post-partum and pregnancy massages for mums but there should be a 'New Grandma Massage'. I feel great, my body has relaxed after tension from cradling a baby and picking up and awkward positions. Sarah always provides a solution.

As always, perfection! I love that Sarah takes the time to check in beforehand to discuss any problem areas and to allow the massage to be tailored to target any specific concerns. Sarah also checks in throughout the massage and explains what she can see/feel which I appreciate - blows my mind every time! I find the massage so relaxing - it sends me off to sleep!
