I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Deborah was lovely person, the massage was just what I needed after a very hectic time I decided I needed some self care. The environment was warm and cosy. I had a very good night's sleep when I got home which was well needed. I will be going back for sure.

Had a wonderful sculpting and relaxing face and head massage with Kristina. Kristina is warm, welcoming and a very skilled practitioner. I left with reduced puffiness and a lifted look with a glow that continued throughout the following day. Kristina pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile to provide after care advise. Great experience, would highly recommend! Already booked my next appointment.

Beth worked some magic on my back! I've been in so much pain recently that I haven't been able to even walk very far without having to sit down and only two days after the sports massage I feel like I've got a new back! She was so polite and friendly too and completely put me at ease!

I had an amazing face massage today! The whole experience was so relaxing — the pressure was perfect, and my skin felt instantly softer and refreshed. I could literally feel the tension melting away from my jaw and forehead. After the treatment, my face looked brighter and more lifted. Beth did an assessment of shoulder and neck pain in order to work on releasing the knots. She is also a physio so I got a lot of good advice about exercises I can do at home to help relieve the tension and pain I’ve been experiencing. I would definitely recommend booking a sports massage with her because she’s friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
