A beautiful treatment from start to finish. A warm welcome from Helen on arrival, she greeted me with some lovely lemon water while she explained how the treatment would be. We talked through how I was feeling so she would know which scents of oil to use. I had a gorgeous facial, deep massage on my arms and chest and shoulders and the scalp and hair treatment was just so relaxing. Helens room was just so stunning along with the calming music played in the background. Highly recommend and will be going back. loved every minute of it.

My first visit with Izzy. The salon is beautiful, spotless and spacious. I was taken through to a private room that had a bed with warm blankets and heater on which was absolute bliss with the miserable weather. Izzy explained each step of the treatment to me which I thought was really good and shows she’s knowledgeable about the treatments she provides. Had great results from my first lash lift in a while and look forward to going back in a few weeks. Izzy was so welcoming. It was a nice relaxing visit and I would 100% recommend.

Fabulous experience having the head spa along with a facial, really relaxing and calming session in an excellent environment conducive to the treatment. Helen the therapist was really friendly and professional explained everything to me and delivered an excellent massage. Afterwards I was served chi tea and lemon juice. Definitely recommend this treatment 100% .

I had the mind and scalp rebalance and it was honestly one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had. The massage, scalp work, and facial were perfectly balanced, and I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and pampered. You can really tell Helen is passionate about what she does. Helen makes you feel so welcome and relaxed on arrival. Had Head Back and Shoulder massage which was so good and relaxed me . Followed by the Japanese head spa which I have never felt so relaxed. It was amazing. The lovely smells of the oils on my skin and my hair smells and feels lovely. Think it was a good combination having the two treatments together. Would highly recommend Aughton Head Spa (Helen) Will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely wonderful treatment which included all the things I love to help me relax. Helen has created a beautiful setting for the treatment and I felt like I'd been transported to a tranquil Japanese garden. I still felt relaxed 24 hours later and I recieved compliments about my glowing skin.
