A beautiful treatment from start to finish. A warm welcome from Helen on arrival, she greeted me with some lovely lemon water while she explained how the treatment would be. We talked through how I was feeling so she would know which scents of oil to use. I had a gorgeous facial, deep massage on my arms and chest and shoulders and the scalp and hair treatment was just so relaxing. Helens room was just so stunning along with the calming music played in the background. Highly recommend and will be going back. loved every minute of it.

What can I say, the treatments and experience exceeded my expectations (which are high). Helen greeted me with a warm welcome, explained the treatments and my goals for the visit and she certainly delivered. What a fabulous experience. This was my first Japanese Head Spa treatment and I loved every minute! It was an hour and fifteen minutes of pure relaxation and a treat for the senses from choosing the different scents of oils, to the variety of head massage and facial techniques used.
