Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

Absolutely love this place, it’s my time to wind down, switch off and enjoy a pampering! The deluxe pedicure is everything you would expect, relaxing, refreshing, and invigorating and you even have the choice of a massaging chair while your having your feet done! Lindsey is amazing, she is a lovely soul and very professional and makes me feel at home. We love chatting and putting the world to rights, over a cuppa! Excellent! I have visited Physios and Chiropractors in the past with no one alleviating my symptoms or offering a solution. So just put it down to menopause and age. I googled for someone local to me to try a lymphatic drain. XForce popped up! I am so pleased it did! Lyndsey explained everything, the treatments was good and I felt the benefits. During the treatment I felt tender & tight in a lot of muscles so I have recently been for a sports massage. I did not realise how tight my muscles were. I m not going to lie it brought tears to my eyes however walking back I strode out and felt good,

I recently had surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to have lymphatic drainage massage. My first session was absolutely amazing – I had the best night’s sleep afterwards!
