10/10 massage from Sophie today, she really knows her stuff! During a pre-assessment, Sophie identified several areas that needed attention and established a course of treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions and even suggested some exercises to target my weaker muscles. Sophie was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was able to release tension in areas I didn't even realise were tense. I left feeling extremely relaxed, pain-free, and satisfied with my treatment! Will definitely be back soon.

Thank you so v v much ❤️❤️ You literally have "magic hands" 🤩🥰 I suffer with Fibromyalgia, which is very painful plus the equally very painful jaw condition TMJ disorder aka TMD. I get almost daily migraines & have constant pain all over, particularly in my jaw, temples, face, neck & shoulders. Many people with Fibromyalgia are unable to cope with massage. But I can't recommend Gillian highly enough. My migraines, neck & jaw pain disappear between treatments. She has such an extensive knowledge of the body & conditions like Fibro & TMD. I get so much relief x

Went for a deep Swedish massage today and it was pure relaxation. Trisha prepares the room perfectly with low light, tranquil music and warm blankets. The massage was amazing, just the right pressure. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated after a busy week working. Highly recommended!

First time getting massage with Sophie and wont be the last. And ive never returned to a massage therapist! Lovely relaxing setting, Sophie was friendly but professional, seemed to know more about where I needed massage than I even thought, hit the tough spots exactly how I needed, and was so lovely throughout. Could not recommend her enough, 5 stars doesnt do her justice!

Another wonderful & much needed appoint with Gillian & her "magic hands". She worked her wonders on me again. I don't know how she does it but she can pinpoint the exact spots of pain or areas which need work. Then she treats/massages them back to normal. I recently booked in for a pregnancy massage with Sophie which was amazing and made me feel so relaxed before my babies arrival. Sophie explained everything before my massage and explained the areas which she would focus on. Being pregnant it can be very hard to get comfortable and feel relaxed but Sophie did just that. I can’t wait to book in again already after giving birth. I would highly recommend.

I just had an amazing reflexology massage with Gillian! It was so relaxing from start to finish. She really knows her stuff and explained everything while working on me, which made it even better.
