10/10 massage from Sophie today, she really knows her stuff! During a pre-assessment, Sophie identified several areas that needed attention and established a course of treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions and even suggested some exercises to target my weaker muscles. Sophie was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was able to release tension in areas I didn't even realise were tense. I left feeling extremely relaxed, pain-free, and satisfied with my treatment! Will definitely be back soon.

Thank you so v v much ❤️❤️ You literally have "magic hands" 🤩🥰 I suffer with Fibromyalgia, which is very painful plus the equally very painful jaw condition TMJ disorder aka TMD. I get almost daily migraines & have constant pain all over, particularly in my jaw, temples, face, neck & shoulders. Many people with Fibromyalgia are unable to cope with massage. But I can't recommend Gillian highly enough. My migraines, neck & jaw pain disappear between treatments. She has such an extensive knowledge of the body & conditions like Fibro & TMD. Went for a deep Swedish massage today and it was pure relaxation. Trisha prepares the room perfectly with low light, tranquil music and warm blankets. The massage was amazing, just the right pressure. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated after a busy week working. Highly recommended!

First time getting massage with Sophie and wont be the last. And ive never returned to a massage therapist! Lovely relaxing setting, Sophie was friendly but professional, seemed to know more about where I needed massage than I even thought, hit the tough spots exactly how I needed, and was so lovely throughout. Could not recommend her enough, 5 stars doesnt do her justice!

Fabulous Indian head massage.

Fantastic maintenance sports massage with Chris. Unbelievable results, my calves are Fantastic and knot free...they were a mess when Chris started work in them.. he really knows his stuff and keeps me right with stretches etc. Cannot recommend enough... definitely magic hands 👌

Went to see Chris today with a shin splint and also a bad knot in my calve. He was amazing as always and also did some acupuncture. Everything feels a lot easier this evening after. I'm definitely feeling the benefits of getting maintenance sports massages regularly. Highly recommend Chris, very knowledgeable and deals with any issues I have very quickly.
