Oh my if you’re considering having a Japanese head spa, you absolutely should book with The Skin Shack. The location could not be more picturesque and once inside the environment is serene, and calming. Charlotte has created the most idyllic space right next to Nantwich marina. The treatment combines a deep scalp cleanse and nourishing conditioner with wonderful aromas from the luxury aloe vera based products. The massage technique simply allows any stress or tension to quickly dissipate and you are transported into a zen like blissful state. Thank you 🙏

I have just had "The Christmas Cranberry Crush" Wow. What an amazing experience. Back massage, head and neck massage,arm and hand massage, all finished off with a facial. After the busy Christmas time it is the perfect way to relax and have a bit of "me" time. The salon is so warm and relaxing. My plans for the rest of the day have now changed. I don't want life to get in the way of how I have left regents retreat. Totally relaxed and chilled out. Lots of great advice given. I'll definitely be treating myself again. Highly recommend....thankyou

Lovely massage. Julia located where the most tension was and worked accordingly. So relaxed afterwards.

I met Monica today for the first time, I had booked a full Swedish deep tissue back massage and it was incredible. She is such a skilled practitioner and also made me feel so relaxed. I will be booking monthly appointments now as I can already feel the benefit of the first session. Excellent service

I had an absolutely wonderful massage and facial at Regent Retreat with Karly. From the moment I arrived, Karly was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. The entire experience was deeply relaxing, and it was exactly the pick-me-up I needed. The massage melted away my tension, and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Karly’s attention to detail and calming presence made the whole treatment feel special and unrushed. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and genuinely cared for. I can’t recommend Karly at Regent Retreat highly enough.

Charlotte was all smiles when I arrived, I took to her straight away. She is very knowledgeable regarding her treatments and talked me through everything before she started. I had the Japanese Head Spa. I am 52 yrs now, been going to beauticians and spa’s in the age of 12 yrs with my mum. I can honestly say this is the best treatment I have ever had, relaxing, soothing, I love the water and the sound it makes, along with the massage on shoulders, neck and then arms and hands. Worth every penny, highly recommend. I’ve booked a facial now and will be going for another Head Spa next month. 🩷

If like me you feel tight after travelling, sitting for long periods whether it be on a plane, office or just meetings & you want to be revitalised the Nantwich back & neck clinic is the place to go. Monica will fix you up with a deep tissue massage or something more relaxing if you just want to revitalise… 👍

First time I've had a hot stone massage it was amazing and very relaxing I can't recommend julia highly enough everything I've had so far has been to the highest of standards

Having visited the Nantwich Back and Neck Pain Clinic for a couple of years I was advised by Richard the proprietor that my skeleton issues were corrected and that maybe regular muscular sessions might be the way forward. My therapist at Restore Massage Spa is Mariola and after 2 sessions I can confirm he was correct. Mariola is very professional and has been able to identify areas deep within my upper back that have helped me improve my mobility. She was able to detect that my previous professional life was the cause and with my corrected posture with Richards help I feel so much better.

Honestly blown away by the excellent service from Julia. Booked an offer for express back, neck & shoulder massage and express facial. Completed forms before arrival & requested a firm massage, you have a choice from 1 soft through to 5 firm. Oh boy did she deliver, I am often disappointed by wishy washy massages that don’t meet expectation or feel like they are beneficial, Julia totally exceeded expectations, I’m already planning a regular return booking. The facial again exceeded expectations with a lovely touch of steam alongside the treatment. 100% recommended and I will be back regularly

The most therapeutic relaxing head, neck, hand and arm massage I have ever had. The music was soft and relaxing. The products smell divine and the venue is in a quite relaxing environment.

Therapy/massage room is so inviting. It's Warm, cosily lit with relaxing soft sounds/music. You immediately start to feel relaxed. The knowledge & skill of Monika is impressive. And her manner is gentle, welcoming & pleasant.

Amazing!!! Charlotte was so welcoming and accommodating! The luxury dermaplaning was incredible, and utterly relaxing. Can’t wait to return.

Highly recommend. My therapist carefully tailored the massage to focus on my neck and shoulders, where I was holding a lot of tension. It was deeply relaxing, yet she still managed to work out the stubborn knots in my shoulders. I left feeling completely refreshed and much more at ease.

Amazing. Beautiful setting, lovely room and the treatment was sooo relaxing. I had the Japanese Head Spa. Can’t believe we have one in Nantwich, can you believe I was going to travel to get a treatment. And, the owner…is so lovely, kind and knowledgeable….and so smiley! Overall, firmly on my list of places to go again.

This was the best package ive ever experienced and I have been to alot of spa days. The room was warm and cozy. And the massage bed was heated and felt like a cloud. I find it really hard to shut off but I felt so relaxed and warm. I admit I even snored at one point. Will definitely be booking again.

Monica was professional. considerable, polite and knowledgable. She clearly explained the whole process adjusting pressure during the massage. I felt that the massage was tailored to my needs. I left Restore massage relaxed and with less pain. I will be returning.
