Charlotte was all smiles when I arrived, I took to her straight away. She is very knowledgeable regarding her treatments and talked me through everything before she started. I had the Japanese Head Spa. I am 52 yrs now, been going to beauticians and spa’s in the age of 12 yrs with my mum. I can honestly say this is the best treatment I have ever had, relaxing, soothing, I love the water and the sound it makes, along with the massage on shoulders, neck and then arms and hands. Worth every penny, highly recommend. I’ve booked a facial now and will be going for another Head Spa next month. 🩷

recently had my makeup done by Will, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable. Could not recommend Zoe at Opal more! My daughter had her prom hair and makeup done with Zoe and felt absolutely amazing. I’d go as far as saying Zoe saved the day for my daughter who was having some skin / tan issues. Zoe was relaxed and kind and put my daughter at ease making the whole experience invaluable for her. Amazing. Beautiful setting, lovely room and the treatment was sooo relaxing. I had the Japanese Head Spa. Can’t believe we have one in Nantwich, can you believe I was going to travel to get a treatment. And, the owner…is so lovely, kind and knowledgeable….and so smiley! Overall, firmly on my list of places to go again.

Visited Dewie Skin for my first chemical peel and Dermalux LED. We went through a detailed consultation about my skin concerns, lifestyle and current skincare routine and Tillie explained possible causes and recommended products more suitable to my skin issues. The treatment itself was lovely, Tillie explained each step and also provided thorough aftercare advice. My skin already feels brighter and I feel a lot better about my skin issues moving forward with a skincare plan in place from someone as knowledgeable as Tillie.
