"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain

Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! A truly healing session with the wonderfully gifted Clare, highly recommend

I love this salon. I use most of the services here. Biab nails, toes, hair, facials, massages. Services are bang on! Customer service is invaluable all the girls are friendly professional and knowledgeable, I see the girls as family friends. The salon its self is warm, inviting and homely. Nature indoors just relaxing and comfortable taking me away from life and just enjoying self care ❤️

Loved it! Highly recommended. After moving from Australia to the UK I have really struggled with health, the HBOT instantly made me feel better and felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Will definitely be coming back, I have a little claustrophobia so I raised my concern around it going into HBOT but I was checked on throughout my session to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

I had the most incredible experience From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed to help you completely switch off from the outside world. It immediately set the tone for what turned out to be one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had in a long time. It combined a luxurious hair spa experience with elements of massage, facial care and ice roller therapy, creating something that felt both indulgent and genuinely restorative. Every step felt intentional and carefully delivered, l received a full sensory experience rather than just a standard treatment.

The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.

I always feel so welcome and at ease from the moment I arrive. Mayra has a wonderful way of making you feel completely relaxed throughout, and I consistently leave feeling great, both inside and out. Highly recommend.

Beth was amazing, I struggle from knots in my back and shoulders and she really massaged them out and made me feel really relaxed! I was asked lots of questions to make sure I got the right massage and pressure. I will definitely keep up with having massages.

This is definitely the go to place to visit for sports injury and treatment. Ive been several times after starting to play walking football. At first it was with niggling injuries and once with a knee injury. Cara has really got me back to fitness again with preventative excerises and massages and now with no niggling injuries. Even enabling me to climb The Old Man of Coniston with no injury issues after. Would 100% recommend!

She was very friendly. The massage was also very professional and soothing. The place could have been abit more spacious and it had a tiny bit damp feeling too it. It would be better if it was a tad more spacious and bright.
