Best massage in Louth by a million miles. George takes the time to understand the primary source of the discomfort and misalignment. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. My general mobility has improved and my horse riding has also improved significantly. Can’t wait for my next visit.

The best massage I’ve had by a country mile. I was left feeling completely reinvigorated with all my muscle pains gone. During the massage itself I was in the most relaxed semi-sleep state - absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Exceptional Thai Massage! Despite us arriving late due to traffic, the staff graciously accommodated us for a 40-minute traditional Thai massage, which turned out to be the best 40 minutes spent in a long time. The ambiance of the room was incredibly relaxing, and the aromatic oil used during the massage added to the soothing experience. The therapist skillfully found knots in unexpected places, providing a deeply satisfying release of tension. Clicking and stretching in ways I never imagined, I left feeling lighter and rejuvenated. Highly recommended—we will definitely be returning for more!

After trying countless treatments and procedures that never seemed to make a real difference, I finally booked a massage here and I’m so glad I did. After my first session I felt George listened carefully to my concerns and tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed. For the first time in a long while, I felt genuine relief. The tension I’d been carrying for years melted away, and I left feeling lighter with very little tightness. Now after 7 sessions I feel like a new woman! This treatment exceeded every expectation and I can’t recommend George enough!

Deep tissue massage, very good. Therapy room/equipment very nice, relaxing. Therapist very good Will recommend to others. reasonably priced. Parking good. Will return to have Deep Tissue Massage and will return to try other therapies too.

I have to say my visit to the Wellness Centre was quite exceptional. I suffer with different painful issues, The massage I had was very thorough, deep and professional, Arun was very careful and thorough, possibly one of the best massages I have had for unknotting sore muscles and bringing some much needed pain relief. I hope to make it a regular thing. Thanks very much for some needed respite.

Excellent value for money for money …. Particularly liked the massage …. Would go back for a massage and recommend to a friend. Facial quite basic and I could do at home but still nice. Didn’t bother me but I think having beauty treatments is a treat and therefore the area it is in should reflect that. I appreciate it is a small space but could be made to look nicer.
