Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

I had waxing at Maen (Men) in South East London, and it was the best experience! The team is professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease. The service is precise, hygienic, and top-quality. I can’t recommend this place enough. This is definitely my go-to from now on!

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

I had pregnancy reflexology with Emily and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! She was so warm and welcoming, really attentive to any needs and clearly very experienced and skillful in terms of the actual massage and reflexology. The environment was so comfortable and calming, and I found the whole treatment incredibly relaxing. She also gave me techniques to take away to continue with at home. I will certainly be back!

Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for massage therapies. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and have had 2 reflexology sessions with Emily, which have been amazing and relaxing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and really took her time explaining how reflexology works and what to expect after a session. I would definitely be going back postpartum!!!

Probably the best massage I’ve had. It’s not your typical tranquil and relaxing massage-well not if you suffer from severe chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. I felt that this place actually cares about their customers, and truly aims to solve the actual issue and truly relieve pain and discomfort. I left feeling so much lighter as well as knowing what is going on with my body. Personally for me my experience will be different to those who do not have any real issues and are looking for a great massage. You can definitely get that here and more.

I booked the glow up treatment (dermaplaning and microblading). Yasmin was very welcoming and friendly, she even had a little personalised sign as you walk into the room. She explained the steps throughout the treatment and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere was really calming and relaxing. I really enjoyed my visit and I can’t wait to see her again in a couple of weeks. The massage was so relaxing and I feel somewhat human again. Highly recommend to book your treatments with her. I had a lovely massage it was very relaxing and just what I needed. I especially loved that she washed her hands from the oil before moving onto the head massage so my hair wasn't unnecessarily oily (although I did plan for that). I will definitely book again and hopefully make my visits a regular thing.
