Emma has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is able to tailor treatments to meet your individual needs. She always makes me feel welcome & comfortable. Today I had Thai massage & Indian head massage. I was a ball of tension before I arrived, but after Emma worked her magic, I left feeling so relaxed and revived. I can’t wait to come back again. This was my first visit and Hywel immediately put me at ease. We had a quick chat about my health condition and what I hoped to achieve from the session and throughout he was very attentive to the amount of pressure he was applying and making sure I was comfortable. I came with my daughter to see Odette. It was her first time visiting a sports massage therapist. Odette put her at ease immediately and listened to her concerns. She felt great benefit from the treatment. We will be back (excuse the pun 🤣).

I've had Sarah and Kelly now, both are amazing. Sarah is a nice relaxing massage, she works the muscles nicely and you feel refreshed. Kelly is a much more firm, no nonsense therapist, she found every spot in my upper back that needed manipulation. Amazing team
