He assessed the issue and treated me with dry needling and massage to release tension in my lower back and glutes. Stephen gave a really good sports massage on my back and Accupuncture in both forearms for tennis elbow. In addition he taught me some good stretches to use everyday at home. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a sports massage or similar.
