Stephen gave a really good sports massage on my back and Accupuncture in both forearms for tennis elbow. In addition he taught me some good stretches to use everyday at home. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a sports massage or similar.

I had an appointment today with Georgia for a massage. I feel like a new woman now! My back was very tense before but now it’s so relaxed. Georgia was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me lots of really helpful advice. Georgia was very thorough and checked on me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. I 1000% recommend no limits sports therapy!!
