I am not someone who revels in a salon experience - past experience put me off. This place is the salon that helped me overcome so much anxiety around beauty treatments. For me, my treatments are part of a routine of self care - this mother/daughter duo are truly lovely people. Down to Earth, bubbly, warm & friendly women who just get it. No snooty vibes, just warmth & care. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep doing what you do Amy & Elly, no-one else comes close! 🩷

Excellent, Ellen invites you into her salon with a smile and a warm welcome. Her treatments are brilliant and they left me feeling relaxed but invigorated at the same time. Would recommend anyone and everyone to go and spend some time with her.

Katie was so sweet, professional and completely understood what I was hoping for. The salon is very stylish and the team are all friendly and happy, so it was a really enjoyable experience. I will definitely recommend this lovely salon to my friends.

My daughter (aged 6) loved having her hair done at Serenity by Kayla. It was her first experience in a salon and will defiantly be going back to Serenity.

Ellen is absolutely amazing at what she does and I couldn’t recommend her or her beautiful salon enough x
