I went to see Charlotte for help with a trapped nerve. She was professional, welcoming and instantly put me at ease. The sports massage was amazing and immediately helped loosen my back and ease the pain, thank you Charlotte!

It was my first time today and had a wonderful back massage with hot stones really lovely lady very knowledgeable and caring . Also had the microdermabrasion on my face and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend 100% can’t wait for my next visit xx

Liam gave me a wonderful relaxing massage. He also carefully massaged around my knee replacement !

Liam makes you feel relaxed and does a brilliant massage.

After cycling 80 miles over the 2 days prior to my appointment, my massage was the most enjoyable experience.

Excellent massage again, highly recommend. Liam is thorough and professional. Great clean calming premises. Prices excellent and just enough text reminders of upcoming appointments. Treat yourself or treat someone you care for, or even both.

The excellent massage relieved all the knots and tight spots in my glutes, hamstrings quads and hips. Charlotte gave me some good advice on ways to straighten my feet improving my gait whilst also giving me exercises to help improve my calves and help get them engaged during exercise as she said they weren't firing at all really. Will definitely use her again.

Hot stone massage at the end of the week was like magic. Can’t fault Liam, always come away feel ing completely refreshed and relaxed. Thanks

I visited Charlotte after experiencing some pain due to my sleeping position, and had a wonderful massage! She was massaging out knots and tension that I never knew I had and while I asked for firm pressure, the experience was still very relaxing and I left feeling much lighter! I will definitely be back!
