Had the full works full body exfoliation and massage with the Indian head and facial today for a birthday treat for myself and wow as always did not disappoint! From start to finish it was just such a lovely experience. Rhianna always makes me feel so welcome and it’s just such a pleasure each time I visit. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Very welcoming for someone who’s never had a sport massage before. Informative and really broke down the process and what was causing me issues in a clear way I’d understand. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future when needed :)

Couldn’t recommend Bailey enough ! Struggled with shin splints for the last 3 months on and off tried most things and couldn’t get rid of them. Bailey helped instantly relieve pressure off my shins with the massage and gave a variety of great exercises that are aimed at the muscles around my shins as we worked out muscles may need to become stronger. I Gained a lot of knowledge about what is going on with my shins and why it’s happening thanks to Bailey and now know what to do moving forward to heal them. Has a great setup, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will definitely be returning👍

I had an amazing experience with my general maintenance back massage! Bayley was highly skilled and attentive, addressing all my tension points with the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. After having Shoulder issues (Rotator Cuff) for the past 10 weeks and visits to the Doctors and NHS Physio not easing the pain i Decided to visit Bailey at BTHSportsMassage. All i can say is that after just one visit i have increased movement and range of motion than i've had since sustaining the injury. 100% will be booking again and i would 100% recommend anyone to pay Bailey a visit.
