The head spa experience was hands down the most relaxing spa treatment I’ve ever had and amazing value for money! The smells of the aromatherapy oils, warmth of the water and oh my gosh the massage!! Everybody should have this treatment.

I have been suffering for two weeks with chronic back, shoulder and neck pain causing terrible head aches. Thanks to a cancellation I saw Nina this morning for a deep tissue massage. Extremely talented masseuse! She talked with me before booking and before the massage, so she could tailor the massage to what I wanted and needed, and she did the perfect blend of deep muscle and also relaxing massage! She's so easy to talk to, and so relaxing to have as a masseuse! And the bed was so comfortable and perfect temperature throughout! I was recommended to her from a friend of mine, and I have recommended her to my friends and family too! Can't wait to go back!

Just what I needed after a stressful week an hour of Menevia massage time and feel so much more relaxed. All the knots are gone, shoulders no longer tense and headache disappeared- all thanks to Sue’s magic hands. Can’t recommend Menevia enough.

I was so pleased Menevia was able to squeeze me in, my massage plus facial was really relaxing. I felt very well cared for, starting with a chat about my skin and any issues I was having. A massage of my hands was the normal thing while the face mask is on but because I'd said my neck was tight that was massaged instead. It was good to feel listened and attended to and next time I'm back in St David's I'll definitely make a booking again. Having seen the whole of the facilities a spa day or half day with a pedicure beckons. Thank you so much!
