Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. They helped release a lot of stiffness in my body, and I feel much more relaxed. I have had 3 sessions now, and after each one I feel more aligned with myself, calmer, and more at peace. Felt totally relaxed after my massage. It was definitely needed. Margaret lets you know what is happening at each stage of massage and checks on amount of pressure to use. Added bonus was the lovely facial at the end. Just a lovely treatment by a lovely lady.

Would recommend for a few reasons first it’s a very therapeutic experience as you learn so much about your body and what it needs, I also learnt how to breath and relax as I was in a lot of pain but Emeria has taught me how to breath and listen to my body and the massage was so good in freeing the tension from my shoulders an back she is amazing at what she does

Cannot recommend Amira enough, such a kind knowledgeable person. Took the time to understand what my issue was and thought about the best way to treat it.l with a buccal massage. For the first time in months I have no back pain thanks to a jaw massage! The tension in my jaw has been released for the first time in a very very long time. Give it a try.

Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Gav checks before he starts any areas of concern then tailors his massage to address them. He checks all through massage that you are feeling right effect. Came away feeling that my niggles had been addressed and future massages would be working to build in good work done

Gav is easily one of the best in the business. Bear in mind you’re not there to relax, he gets in exactly where you’re sore & tight and he will set you on the road to recovery or for me for preventative maintenance.

Was in with gav. Very sore shoulder. After gav worked on me I had great range of motion and shoulder was feeling so much more free and relaxed. Cupping and instma scraping along with massage. He's gave me rehab exercises to continue my recovery till I have my next session. Gav made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Looking forward to my next session
