The appointment started with a check in about my body and my wishes that immediately made me feel cared for and welcome. Throughout the massage there was good communication in general and specifically about my comfort and what was going to happen next. The massage itself was excellent, afterwards I felt relaxed, invigorated and significantly less tense. I would and will recommend.

I can't recommend Eleni highly enough. Her home and manner are calm and relaxing, and she takes the time to understand your needs. The table is warm, the sounds soothing, and Eleni's massage is intuitive, professional, and quite frankly blissful. I'll be back again.

Absolutely wonderful. First lymphatic massage and won't be my last. Results were incredible . Stomach looks half the size. Nice long massage nothing was missed feel completely relaxed and new again. And such kind warm welcome and atmosphere

I had a 90 minute holistic massage with Amy and it was really totally amazing. I have recurring shoulder and back pain, both were helped hugely by the treatment. The other elements of the massage were both relaxing and relaxed invigorating, an incredible and unexpected benefit of a whole body treatment. Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really really enjoyed my experience at Head Bath Glasgow. The only negative and please note it didn’t ruin how good it was! The staff could explain either before treatment starts or during treatment what was being done i.e shampooing, using a special designed instrument, putting heat on….. with an eye mask on I was unable to see what was being done. It was amazing and I’ll defo be booking again. The girls were lovely xx

I had a lovely, relaxing massage with Amy. Would 100% recommend. The space is calming and it was one of the best massages I have had. Left me feeling much lighter and moving more freely the next day. I also slept amazingly.

I had a wonderful Nervous System Reset Massage with Sara and it was truly incredible. From start to finish the experience was calming, grounding, and deeply relaxing. Sara has such a gentle, intuitive touch and I could feel my whole body start to soften and switch out of stress mode. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I would highly recommend this treatment with Sara if you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need some time to properly relax and recharge.

Would recommend for a few reasons first it’s a very therapeutic experience as you learn so much about your body and what it needs, I also learnt how to breath and relax as I was in a lot of pain but Emeria has taught me how to breath and listen to my body and the massage was so good in freeing the tension from my shoulders an back she is amazing at what she does
