Ive also strained my ham strings at the gym tooday, my massage has helped immensely and Clare has given me exercises to "warm" them up properly in the future. I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my visit for a hot stone massage and facial. The massage was amazing! So incredibly relaxing! The facial was tailored to my sensitive skin, every part of it made me feel very relaxed. The atmosphere of the edgy therapist was lovely and unique, with a calming environment that enhanced the entire experience. I felt incredibly welcome throughout my time there, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend to anyone!

Had a Reiki Massage with the lovely Leah, 2 hours of complete me time. As always Leah was a complete professional ensuring she got everything right for me personally from.the pressure of the massage to the music to relax to. Sarah is always so friendly and has the the nicest room to have your treatment. I always look forward to getting on the massage table with the heated blanket and leaving feeling very relaxed.
