Ive also strained my ham strings at the gym tooday, my massage has helped immensely and Clare has given me exercises to "warm" them up properly in the future. I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my visit for a hot stone massage and facial. The massage was amazing! So incredibly relaxing! The facial was tailored to my sensitive skin, every part of it made me feel very relaxed. The atmosphere of the edgy therapist was lovely and unique, with a calming environment that enhanced the entire experience. I felt incredibly welcome throughout my time there, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend to anyone!

I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

Sarah is always so friendly and has the the nicest room to have your treatment. I always look forward to getting on the massage table with the heated blanket and leaving feeling very relaxed.

Gorgeous massage in beautiful surroundings. Sarah was lovely, really took the time to understand what I was looking for and what would help. Would absolutely recommend.

My post natal massage today was excellent, Jo made the space so inviting and relaxing so I was able to switch off for the first time in months. My back and neck haven’t felt this relaxed since my pregnancy, I have already recommended her to postpartum friends! Amazing, thank you
